It is the whole person and not the academic achievement in isolation that is regarded. The school tries to keep pace with new educational ideas and developments to prepare students to use their gifts in the world of today and tomorrow.
Each class has a class tutor who may be approached by students who have particular problems of difficulties. Sixth year prefects liaise with junior students and help them to settle into the school.
An Awards Ceremony is held twice a year to award academic achievement, application to study, as well as excellence in , and commitment to, extra-curricular activities.
Gold, silver and bronze medals are presented to the best academic sixth year students in each subject year.
